Abstract:
If the spatial mobility of workers is a major issue in management, it is still only well known in its international dimension. This mobility is hardly questioned at the infra-national level. It is generally not seen as an issue and it is not problematized in a theoretical way. In order to fill this gap, an exploratory study, inspired by ethno-sociology, has been undertaken. We are pointing at the existence of important adjustment difficulties and underlining the importance of studying the mobility capital of employees.
