Abstract:
The topic of this article is the role of age on entrepreneurial intent and, therefore, the lessons that can be learnt on the entrepreneurial intent among the senior population. Grounded on the Theory of Planned Behaviour, the article presents the results of a study conducted on a representative sample the whole Finnish Population. It reveals that after 40, the entrepreneurial intent is not guided anymore by the three classical variables described by the theory.
