Abstract:
Calling outside parties when the company has to face a problem, allows to put the stress on the interaction of local logics which superimposed make the emergence of trouble spots and the implementation of well adapted solutions difficult. Jean-Claude Moisdon describes the ethnographic approach developed by the CGS and the CRG researchers and integrating the various dimensions of the company. This approach aims at being more incentive the voluntarist.
