L’apprentissage organisationnel. Repérage des lieux
Gérard Koenig
Revue française de gestion, 2015, vol. N° 253, issue 8, 83-95
Abstract:
Although now an old concept, the notion of organizational learning is coming back into fashion in these times of accelerated change. Organizational learning can be defined as a collective phenomenon of the acquisition and development of skills capable of modifying ? to different degrees and over time ? the management of situation, and the situations themselves. In this article that serves as an introduction to our feature, G. Koenig analyzes different aspects of organizational learning linked to this definition and looks at some practical issue related to the concept.
