Abstract:
A new trends with regards to research on company strategy is based on the following hypothesis: one of the key factors in the strategic process possibly the only one ? is contained in the contents and mechanism of the manager?s thought process. It is this cognitive approach to strategy which is developing rapidly, although still relatively unknown in France when the authors describe. They present all aspects of this new approach as well as its contributions. Its limits and risks before going on to consider both its theorical and pratical perspectives.
