Apprentissages collectifs et activités de conception
Armand Hatchuel
Revue française de gestion, 2015, vol. N° 253, issue 8, 121-137
Abstract:
Cognitive approaches may be useful when renewing management paradigms. In particular they can lead to a reconsideration of the analysis of the process of collective apprenticeship. The author shows how they allow, by distinguishing between systems to aid decisions and systems to aid conception, consideration of future evolutions, such as the emergence of a ?new process of conception? and the multiplication of experiences of ?autonomies?.
