Abstract:
Whereas France managers still focus exclusively on the creation of value so dear to their stakeholder, Alemican focus on all their stakeholders. Using Danone?s Evian brand as an example, the authors show the importance of this new strategic orientation which is measured in terms of social and environmental performance and plead for an accordingly broader view of strategy.
