Abstract:
This paper studies how an experimental approach engaged by an association of the social and mutually-beneficial economic sector stimulates the capacities to innovate responsibly in small networked arts & crafts and tourism partner organizations in southern France by developing the social capital and learning processes resulting from various experiments. The study is based on a longitudinal case study with embedded design. It operationalizes the concept of dynamic capabilities in order to clarify the processes which generate observable responsible innovations.
