Abstract:
This research is rooted in the ?extended resource theory? stream and empirically investigates the inclusion of negatively perceived resources through the case of human resources. The Vitamine T case study, an emblematic Work Integration Social Enterprise (WISE) of France, highlights six key resources and competencies: hybrid governance, partnerships, social and professional coaching, a training body, a diversified activities portfolio and an entrepreneurial competency. Occurring at each strategic level of the organization, the inclusion of wasted human resources involves a specific orchestration capability.
