Abstract:
We wonder about the positive impact of personalized training practices on the legitimacy of HR processes. To answer to this question, we compare the training practices of two institutions, their personalization strategies and the insiders? point of view. Our results show that legitimacy is deeply linked to the organizational culture and its mechanism seems to be based on an evaluator?s double judgement and two distinct personal belief systems. We define in the end in which context personalization strategies should be adopted.
