La nature de la firme à l’ère du numérique

Abstract:
Business companies unfold since twenty years a double relationship with the digital technologies. Quite a few conceive and develop hardware, software and applications; most of them make use of these tools. Fiber optics and Wifi innervate our society. This revolution alters the nature of the firm. Information is recognized as a strategic asset. The management makes the most of its two properties up to immoderation: information is felt everywhere and this property is exploited to everything on which it is possible to put a figure. As a new kind of revolution, digital transition affects the industries of our country in many respects.
