Revue française de gestion, 2016, vol. N° 259, issue 6, 139-154

Abstract: In this study, the object of interests is strategies of cooperations implemented inside the business ecosystem by actors support to business creation with crowdfunding platfoms. In support of the concept of business model put into perspective by the theory of two-sided platforms, we wonder more particularly the value proposition offered to project leaders by identifying the role, resources and skills respectively provided by the platform and the actors support to business creation and beyond we wonder the sharing of value between these both partners. From a qualitative analysis based on semi structured interviews with 18 actors of support in creation and actors of crowdfunding as well as on secondary data, our results show that these cooperations are determined by the willingness to improve their business model with the benefits of reinforced network effects.
