Abstract:
Organizational transformation is a topic related to the specialty of information systems. This article seeks to highlight the phenomenon of transformation. It emphasizes cooperation within a social network in a university context. We show the interactions between the structuring capability of the technology, the practices and collective action logics. We report that the transformation process of cooperation in social networks requires a wilfulness of the actors and cannot be subjected.
