Revue française de gestion, 2016, vol. N° 260, issue 7, 55-69
Abstract:
Work performance evaluation is managed by different and changing processes, due to the dissatisfaction of managers and staff. A radical critic of these systems suggests that the implicit dimension of work prevents evaluation. Based on a longitudinal case study, this article invalidates that analysis showing that management process integrated in an organizational perspective can be mobilized by the company?s stakeholders to reach an appropriate performance management at work.
