Abstract:
The aim of this article is to put into perspective the growing importance of the notion of impact in the development of research strategies of French business schools. After analyzing the context of the emergence of the imperative of impact, we will attempt to define this concept from the teachings of the academic and institutional literature. Then, we will insist on the consequences of this imperative in the management of intellectual contributions currently subject to paradoxical injunctions.
