L’impact d’une recherche métisse: l’« alteraction »

Frédérique Allard and Ketty Bravo-Bouyssy

Revue française de gestion, 2016, vol. N° 261, issue 8, 93-110

Abstract: The made-up expression ?alteraction? was created to take into account a particular form of accompaniment research. It is a composite approach which mixes qualitative elements taking place in the field of interactive research: a distinctive educational project aimed at empowering human learning. This new characterised approach allows to unleash one?s potential but equally to highlight one?s limitations.
