Outils et pratiques pour une compétence collective en situation. Le cas de la méthode agile Scrum

Pascale Gentil and Frédérique Chédotel

Revue française de gestion, 2018, vol. N° 270, issue 1, 101-114

Abstract: The agility method, which develops, aims to provide collective competence with simple tools and generic practices. Few studies address the question of practical implementation of agility. An exploratory study about SCRUM agile method permitted us to analyze how tools, practices and collective competence articulate between different organizational levels. We propose a theoretical model as well as avenues of research.
