Quel modèle de management pour les organisations temporaires ?. Étude d’un projet de renouvellement d’installations gazières

Abstract:
Temporary organizations are increasingly common and their unusual nature leads to new managerial practices. The analysis of a gas storage refurbishment project shows that some flexibility in task-determination and coordination rules makes their management easier. Such flexibility is made possible through regular meetings, frequent feedbacks and a very good internal communication. These measures become more effective when dedicated key roles are created to handle the relationships among players.
