Manager les personnels des collèges placés sous double autorité. La gestion d’une situation de dialogue imposée

Abstract: This article analyses the management of service personals in middle school in situation of dual authority both functional (through the action of the Dean of the Middle school and the Assistant manager) and hierarchical (represented by the Chairman of the County Council and the Chief Executive Officer). In this research, we present three cases of relationship between authorities related to three different councils. It appears that the management of such employees is organized around dialogue situations to manage the prescriptions made by the functional and hierarchical authorities. At the same time, this dialogue is a process allowing adjustment of the stakeholders? positions of this management.
