Abstract:
scientific management is often summarized to the rationalization of work and to the separation between conception and execution. Nevertheless, an attentive reading of Taylors?s texts allow us to handle an hermeneutic job that emphasizes the unexpected foundations of taylorian project: the exception principle, the political will to cooperate, the theological category of friendship.
