Abstract:
This research looks at the value created for graduates across three dimensions : financial performance, employability performance and overall students? satisfaction towards school. Based on the signal theory, a study integrating 37 French business schools identifies the main levers to create a value for graduates and highlights the unique role of business schools rankings as a signal of quality and as a mediator of value creation for graduates. This research offers lines of thought that should be considered by business schools? deans, prospective students and ranking editors.
