Abstract:
This article is based on a theoretical experience, as a former researcher in strategy, and a practical experience, as a current CEO of a startup. It sets out the conditions for the development of activities in Africa, a rapidly changing continent. The search for ways and means of action in the vast African world invite to discuss the practice of strategy and to address the concern of being and acting in the world. This research applies to a particular field: that of renewable energies with the deployment of projects in remoted sites not connected to national electricity grids.
