Abstract:
Since the early 2000s, studies on collective competence have multiplied to understand, among other things, its construction factors. However, we note the lack of interest in its deconstruction. A 4-year longitudinal study (13 interviews in two waves and discontinuous participant observation) reveals that a collective competence, a priori strong, can also be deconstructed. The authors propose 11 emerging deconstruction factors.
