Abstract:
This article proposes an arrangement of the Service Dominant Logic (SDL) in the case of service relations with vulnerable audiences based on a qualitative study conducted in a geriatric ward. This study reveals, on the one hand, care practices governed by representations of the ?deficient? elderly patient (integration of resources external to the patient), and on the other hand, care practices irrigated by representations of the elderly patient ?in capacity? (integration of resources internal to the patient). These practices suggest differentiated roles assumed by caregivers reflecting (non-) patient participation.
