Le coaching, un vecteur de changement au sein des organisations ?

Abstract:
Based on a qualitative survey conducted among 17 coaches, this paper highlights the role of coaching as an element generating a dynamics of change within organizations. Coaching allows to accompany changes that are sometimes unexpected and may deviate from the objectives initially defined by the organization. Coach?s intervention favors intellectual flexibility, which manifests through three types of change (of direction, systemic and of setting), leading to an increase of adaptability within organizations.
