Abstract:
If crises are profit opportunities for skilled criminals, the advent of a hyper-connected world is a vector of incomparable impact for cybercriminals. The Covid19 crisis seems to illustrate a paradigm shift in this field, due to the scale of the attacks carried out and the chosen target. Even health organizations that had hitherto been relatively unscathed in times of crisis are now subject to massive attacks. This unprecedented phenomenon legitimately leads us to question the need to adapt strategic management to a threat that has become structural.
