Abstract:
An intervention research conducted during the first wave of the Covid epidemic 19 showed that the implementation of design theory in crisis management situations allows new operational forms to emerge. The article shows how a collective actor endowed with an inventive rationality constitutes a ?creative and activating war room? capable of supporting, articulating and even initiating creative, if not dispersed, forces. This form of crisis management is notably compared to the command cells classically described in the literature.
