Abstract: Covid-19 crisis highlighted an existing healthcare supply chain, managed by several actors, who drive its performance, with successes and failures. Based on Hisrchman?s model, this management situation, as a single case study, represents an opportunity to decode the ongoing institutional work and to put forward an agile and shared healthcare supply chain, in which the care is at the heart of institutional logics.
