La crise sanitaire vue par les managers publics. Une hybridation de la performance publique ?

Revue française de gestion, 2020, vol. N° 293, issue 8, 139-149
Abstract:
The health crisis of Covid-19 contributes to highlight the stakes of public management for the entities of our society. More precisely, the management of the crisis by these organisations constitutes an opportunity to revisit the notion of public performance. This research proposes a study on the evolution of the representations of public managers on the evaluation of the performance of their activities. It underlines that if the crisis destabilises the conceptual foundations of public performance, it also encourages a new understanding of this notion by managers.
