Abstract:
This research is based on a qualitative survey of employees confronted with the Covid crisis 19 to study the influence of this career shock on the meaning of work. By identifying 4 major transformations of the meaning of work, our work shows that this crisis was a major career shock, provoking a real reflection on the meaning of work favoured by individual and contextual characteristics.
