La Covid-19, un choc de carrière restructurant le sens du travail

Pauline de Becdelièvre and François Grima

Revue française de gestion, 2020, vol. N° 293, issue 8, 151-160

Abstract: This research is based on a qualitative survey of employees confronted with the Covid crisis 19 to study the influence of this career shock on the meaning of work. By identifying 4 major transformations of the meaning of work, our work shows that this crisis was a major career shock, provoking a real reflection on the meaning of work favoured by individual and contextual characteristics.
