Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic is leading organizations to accelerate remote collaborative activities. The article proposes to draw inspiration from organizations practicing Open Source to manage these activities. Based on an analysis of sixteen expert interviews, the research identifies three characteristics that are easily transferable in other industries ? the role of communication, the recognition of each person?s contribution, the use of collaborative tools and principles ? and two others that are worth considering at mid-term, the breakdown of tasks into modules and the development of a specific business model.
