Anthony Galluzzo
Revue française de gestion, 2021, vol. N° 294, issue 1, 99-113
Abstract:
This research analyzes how fan communities of musical stars carry out narrative work, by co-writing their idol?s story. Three fan communities have been studied, using ethnographic and netnographic methods. The article details six stages through which the process of the star?s narrative co-construction by her fans unfolds. It finally examines which policies managers can work on.
