Abstract:
An action research carried out in a medico-social group makes it possible to observe the implementation of Edgar Morin?s concept of complex thinking (PC). The results show that CP offers professionals an epistemological framework to better cope with the uncertainties of the environment. Indeed, the operationalization of the CP invites professionals to define the strategy of the organization in a perspective of construction of meaning, survival and development, in a competitive environment affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
