La plateforme de données de santé Health data hub. Une impossible gouvernance éthique des données massives ?

Abstract:
The centralisation of masses of public health data to serve artificial intelligence projects has been carried out at breakneck speed by the Health data hub since 2018, but all the choices made (technical, legal, ethical, etc.) have been quickly and strongly contested. Dialogical loops and the ethics of reliance, two major principles of complex thinking developed by Edgar Morin, then allow an analysis of the discourse of the different actors in the framework of an action research. The results show the ethical situations that have materialised.
