Le projet territorial, révélateur de compétences opérationnelles pour le territoire

Abstract: The competitiveness of territories becomes a central dimension to be considered (Camagni, 2006). To ensure it, territories are led to develop a singular identity. Through this article, the authors wish to understand how a regional project, based on a potential field of specialisation, can contribute to the creation of this identity. Guided by a qualitative approach, with a double specificity: sectoral and regional, their results propose a contextualised reading key of the passage from the state of resources to that of operational territorial competences.
