Abstract:
Right now the actors of development are more and more concerned by the negative effect the economic crisis since 2008 may have on the mobilization around health, especially among the poorest. In this paper, after having shown that we witnessed from the 2000s to the emergence of a new scheme to health characterized by a spectacular increase in aid and various foundations (an approach in terms of socially sustainable development and security), we defend the thesis that the poor?s health is not yet a priority.
