L’épargne salariale dans la grande distribution. Du partage des bénéfices au partage des risques

Abstract:
During thirty years, the employee savings plans offered to employees of retail sector allowed them to improve their remunerations, which promoted a strong collective emulation and a commitment to the company. The crisis of mass distribution will start to question the virtuous circle of sharing the benefits which becomes a cycle of risk sharing. We can observe a large decline in earnings for the majority and growth of inequalities between social groups.
