Le travailleur non titulaire dans la fonction publique: une figure emblématique des marges de l’emploi

Revue française de socio-Economie, 2016, vol. n° 17, issue 2, 65-83
Abstract:
This paper studies the tensions of employment through the emblematic figure of ?unsecured? non-permanent staff employed in the Public Service in France. This situation leads to a dual idea. First, the idea of underemployment which would refer to the situation of the nineteenth century. Secondly, an ?unreferenced use job? foreshadowing a new standard. The author shows that acceptability is in both cases, impossible, and she concludes that the future of the Public Service as the employment model is now both uncertain and open.
