Revue française de socio-Economie, 2023, vol. n° 31, issue 2, 231-236
Abstract:
The article sheds light on the state of the labor market in Ukraine in the wake of Russian aggression. It appears Ukraine has suffered massive losses in the labor force due to large numbers of the working population migrating abroad since the start of the war. This process, as well as the demographic crisis observed in Ukraine before the war, has become a major challenge for Ukraine's society and economy. When the war ends, a key task of the Ukrainian state will be to restore the labor market and find solutions to the problem of Ukrainian citizens returning from abroad.
