Abstract:
The foreign pension funds hold a substantial part of the capital of the French quoted compagnies who cannot be unconcerned to their whises. Furthermore, the French legislator in order to further the capital flows in France sometimes has accepted their requirements. The activism of the pension funds and their will of openness and profitability is one of the main sources evolution of the French capitalism. The result of all this is a change of the law and the business practise.
