Le marché français de la médiation de la consommation

Abstract:
By obliging each professional to set up a consumer mediation system, the 2013 Directive has led each Member State of the European Union to contribute to the development of alternative methods of settling consumer disputes. A new market has developed and the quality of the mediator, attested by an independent body, legitimizes the place that consumer mediation must now occupy in this highly competitive market for the resolution of consumer disputes.
