Abstract:
This special issue compiles the majority of contributions to a symposium on the ecological transition and the teaching of economic law. It is part of an ambitious research project on the ecological transition of economic law. Intended to initiate a debate, it explores ways of renewing the content and methods of teaching economic law today and move away from a still too disciplinary approach in the face of an issue that has become largely cross-cutting.
