Abstract:
Will legal education naturally expend to cover matters related to the ecological transition? Are there structural constraints which apply to the exercise of pedagogical freedom? On can say that the programs of certain exams to which legal education prepares or even the skills-based approach can be seen as both obstacles and opportunities conditioning the development of the ecological transition awareness in legal education.
