Abstract:
Facing the challenges of globalization, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) continues to display a high degree of efficiency. Its regulatory activities characterized by flexibility and evolutionary capacity continue to provide an efficient reference in numerous areas of economic cooperation. They constitute a framework of reference for international and national rules for States as well as for the conduct of the actors of economic life including individual enterprises, in areas such investment, governance, competition, taxation, business integrity and responsible corporate behavior. Beyond application within the territories of OECD Member States they act as a key impulse for wider international regulation et the development of economic law.
