Abstract:
Health economics understood as being the organisation of the different elements of the set, the system ?health? inevitably incorporates ethical issues. Regarding health and health care invites us to reflect about what ?must? or ?should? be. We adopt here a positive philosophical stance towards the clarification of ethical challenges linked to health economics and we propose two examples of integrating ethical considerations in conventional analysis of assessment of health interventions.
