Abstract:
The paper discusses the way TTIP discussions are led and may conduct us, especially the change in its dispute resolution system. It compares this situation with the current trend in which legal procedures could be more and more conducted through websites and big data software which do not follow the ethical principles to which lawyers have to abide.
