Revue Tiers-Monde, 2007, vol. n° 192, issue 4, 833-852
Abstract:
The article shows that the objective of the development, « to cover the costs of the Man », as well as the principles of economics of gift recommended by F. PERROUX in his work L?économie du XXe siècle meet themselves in the Millennium Development Goals and in the propositions of the Millennium Project. Gift, which is wished by F. PERROUX, is presented by the international experts as the most effective modality of official development assistance to reach the objectives of reduction of poverty that has been settled by the international community.
