Abstract:
The typology of the countries according to the economic literature, in particular in economy of the development, is evolutionary. In the years 1980 appeared the qualifier of emergent country. We seek to know in this article if Turkey respects the criteria of the emergent countries and/or if it shows characteristics of developing country. The growth found since the major crisis of 2001, the return to the balance of the principal macroeconomic indicators and the liberal reforms under the impulse of the IMF show the possibility for new prospects. Will they be with the service of the human development and good being ?
