Abstract:
?The ? ?Garantie Jeunes? ? program has been implemented according to a principle of framed experimentation. The ? ?missions locales? ? (French youth agencies) have adapted to this new measure, by conforming to structuring implementation tools. Work organisations have been disrupted to varying degrees by these new requirements, notably by the continuous reception of cohorts within their premises and by the evolution of work collectives due to the integration of new counselors and the work in pairs, or the management of relations between counselors. The ? ?Garantie jeunes? ? offers a redesigned approach to the intermediation model of the ? ?missions locales? ?. The relationship with young people has been strongly transformed under the effect of the ? ?Garantie jeunes? ?. The collective guidance of young people enables counselors to have a better knowledge of the latter. However, the relationship with companies did not substantially changed, despite the principle of an active mediation between ? ?missions locales? ? and employers which was put forward.?
