Abstract:
The phenomenon of international mobility of labour resources is important to the economy of any country in the course of development. In addition to the adverse effects that might cause this phenomenon are not neglected a favourable effect on the area of origin. Thus, the migrants are receiving higher income abroad is an impetus for those remaining in the country to raise the level of training to become more competitive. In addition, migrants are sending money in area of origin to family or friends, which contribute to increasing the standard of living for them and the reduction of poverty. Even though most of these transfers is spent on consumption goods and services by the family remaining in the country, should not be out of sight of the multiplicative effect in stimulating supply consumption, nor the effects of such transfers in reducing the deficit of current account.
